Girlhood 100

“Girlhood 100” documents a century of girlhood as defined not by history or societal norms, but by the voices and experiences of girls themselves. From Coco Chanel’s revolutionary “Garconne” look, to the first female Olympic medalists, to the playful rituals of jump roping, braiding, and curling your hair, our magazine captures 100 years of how women live both playfully and seriously. We aim to champion femininity and redefine ‘girlhood,’ showcasing all the ways women embrace their inner girl and girls embody their transition to womanhood.
